HassiCare’s caregivers go through rigorous interviews and background checks. We want to ensure the safety of our clients, and that starts with our employees. Each employee is carefully handpicked, screened, and skill tested before being considered for the opportunity to be a member of HassiCare’s team. Our caregivers must pass state and national background checks. In addition, HassiCare requires each individual to pass multiple skills and competency tests, as well as English writing and speaking skills.

HassiCare offers a step-by-step orientation process for each one of our caregivers. This process ensures that our caregivers are trained in all skills and situations they will use and face in the field. Each caregiver is required to undergo ongoing training and education, required by HassiCare, to keep up to date and stay informed of current knowledge of the home care industry.
